Cold Shower Challenge

Few important details about how to correctly start with cold showers:

  • Use warm shower as usual

  • At the end of your warm shower start timer for 2 minutes and get lukewarm water and slowly decrease temperature to the point which you can sustain but also it's not still too warm.

  • Get yourself out of the comfort zone

  • After shower, do few squats or yoga pose to get warmer if you need.

  • Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment
