Axa: Indoor 25 m - Intermediate
Overview
Our Swim Technique Class is specifically designed for adults and kids 12+ to understand the mechanics of swimming and progress from a beginner to an intermediate skill level. During each session, we devote two-thirds of the time to practicing technique drills to ensure that every stroke is executed with precision. In the remaining third of the session, we focus on building endurance and stamina.
