Introduction to open water is for everyone who already gained confidence and skills at pool, but never tried to swim in natural waters. We will slowly and safely go through all necessary skills and theory to be safe when swimming open water.

About the event
We will create safe space and it will help you to open another dimension for swimming. Goal of the class is to transfer pool skills and apply them in new environment.
Required skills for open water are:
- Breaststroke
- 50 m unbroken (better 100m)
- Water treading
- Floating on the back
Open Water Class will take place at Hostivař. Water temperature is around 24 degrees aka warm. Entry fee for whole day is 110 CZK.
